These Terms govern your use of Dramarium, a private whisky tasting journal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Dramarium.
1. The service
Dramarium lets invited members record tastings, keep notes and photographs, and browse a personal flavour journal. Features may change as the product develops. We may add, pause, or retire parts of the service without notice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal drinking age where you live if that is higher. Access is currently invitation-only. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Do not share your login or impersonate anyone else.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the tasting notes, photographs, audio, and other material you add (“Your Content”). You grant Dramarium a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content so we can operate the journal for you. You confirm that you have the rights to upload what you add, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Dramarium for anything unlawful, including sharing content that is illegal;
- attempt to access another member’s journal or interfere with the service;
- upload malware, scrape the service at scale, or reverse-engineer it except as allowed by law;
- use the service to advertise or spam other members.
5. Alcohol and tasting notes
Dramarium is a personal journal, not professional tasting, medical, or drinking advice. Notes and generated flavour descriptions are for your own records. Drink responsibly. We do not sell alcohol through the service.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Dramarium available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Backups, maintenance, and faults can take the service offline. You should not treat the journal as your only copy of irreplaceable notes or photographs.
7. Liability
Dramarium is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost notes, lost photographs, indirect or consequential loss, or any loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Ending your account
You may stop using Dramarium at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or that we can no longer support. After closure, we may delete Your Content within a reasonable period, subject to the Privacy Policy and any legal retention duty.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision.
